Scene Study

A six week Scene Study Course that will take place Mondays 6pm-7pm following Open Gym. This is an entry level course where students will be working with a partner on scene snippets from Almost Maine. During our first session we will introduce ourselves to each other and pick partners after a brief warm up. Each session following the first will consist of partners reading together, followed by performances from selected pairs. Each person is expected to attend every class, and the admission fee is $125.00 (Only $20 a session for six weeks!!!). This class has a maximum capacity of 12 people and a minimum of 6 people. If this sounds like something you want to do make sure to sign up before the class is full, and if you know someone who might be interested please help spread the word.

Drop In Open Gym

A Pay What You Will "Open Gym" where actors can come with a monologue for an upcoming audition, directors can practice working with actors, and anyone looking for a judgement free space to play and experiment can come participate while our instructors circulate and offer feedback. We are going to do a test run of this for six weeks, if it is successful we hope to make this a weekly thing. Our goal is to create an opportunity for artists in our community to work together on growing their skills without the pressure of rehearsals or performances. Open Gym will take place on Mondays 5pm-6pm
